New EastLink Website

Sunday 21 May 2017

The new website works much better on mobile phone and tablet devices.

The following information is provided to help you find your way around the new website.

Account login icon mobile

Account login

The account login icon is located at the top right of every page.

Your login details from the old website continue to work on the new website. As an alternative to using your account number or email address, you can also now use the Licence Plate Number (LPN) of your vehicle to login, as well as your PIN.

Please note that if you change your PIN, your new PIN needs to be 6 digits instead of the previous 4 digits.

Once logged in to your account, you can:

  • check the status and balance of your account
  • view toll charges and payments
  • download statements
  • make a payment
  • upgrade to automatic payment or change payment details
  • update your contact details
  • add/remove vehicles to/from your account
  • order tags and tag holders
  • order a tag return envelope
  • make any other online enquiry.

New feature - search for a vehicle

Provide the Licence Plate Number (LPN) of your vehicle and the website will search our system to find:

  • any outstanding toll invoices / overdue notices for the vehicle
  • any unused EastLink trip passes for the vehicle
  • any EastLink account that the vehicle is linked to, to help you make a payment or login.

Account Payment icon

Quick top up payment without needing to login

By providing your EastLink account number or the Licence Plate Number (LPN) of your vehicle, the website will find your account.

You can then top up your account using a debit/credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Diners Club). We don't charge additional fees for using any of these cards.

Settle Toll Invoice icon

If you have received an EastLink toll invoice or overdue notice for unpaid travel on EastLink

You can choose to provide the reference number of the toll invoice / overdue notice, or the Licence Plate Number (LPN) of the vehicle for which a toll invoice / overdue notice was issued.

The website may find multiple toll invoices / overdue notices that are outstanding for you or your vehicle.

There are three options when settling each toll invoice / overdue notice:

  • pay it
  • nominate someone else as the driver or owner at the time of travel
  • transfer it to a tolling account (except EastLink accounts) provided your vehicle was linked to the account at the time of travel &/or is currently linked to the account.

If a request to transfer a toll invoice to a tolling account is rejected by our website then it must be paid directly with us. You may need to contact your tolling account provider to resolve a problem with your account.

You cannot transfer a toll invoice to an EastLink account. We would already have done that if it was possible.

Open a tag account online for the cheapest tollway travel.

Buy Trip Pass icon

EastLink trip passes

One EastLink trip pass pays for a single trip in one direction on EastLink only.

If there is a valid tag installed in your vehicle, the tag will always take priority over an EastLink trip pass that has been purchased for the vehicle. So if you want to pay for your trip using an EastLink trip pass, ensure the tag is removed prior to the trip on EastLink.

View Trip Pass icon

Find unused trip passes

This function checks to see if there are any unused EastLink trip passes available for use by your vehicle.

You can now use the Licence Plate Number (LPN) of the vehicle to conduct this search.

If there is a valid tag installed in your vehicle, the tag will always take priority over an EastLink trip pass that has been purchased for the vehicle. So if you want to pay for your trip using an EastLink trip pass, ensure the tag is removed prior to the trip on EastLink.
