No account required with a Melbourne pass
A Melbourne Pass is ideal if you are visiting Melbourne or need to travel on Melbourne's toll roads for a period of less than 30 days and you don't want a tolling account. The Melbourne Pass enables you to travel on both EastLink and CityLink.
You can open a Melbourne Pass online before, or up to midnight on the second day after your nominated day of travel.
Once you open your Melbourne Pass any tolls for trips you make on EastLink and/or CityLink will be automatically charged to your designated credit card each time the accumulated tolls and fees reach $10.00 or when the Melbourne Pass expires.
