EastLink Platinum parking payment card
EastLink Platinum is a payment card offering cash-less parking at more than 30 Wilson Parking locations in Melbourne.
In the same way that EastLink will make cash-less tollway travel easy in Melbourne’s east, EastLink Platinum will enable you to use any of the participating Wilson Parking sites without the need for cash or a credit card. Say goodbye to the inconvenience of retaining parking tickets, and having to queue up to use payment machines. With an EastLink Platinum card, your time will be better spent.
Each of the car parks operates with Wilson ParkWatch, including 24/7 live video monitoring and direct access to Wilson Parking’s operations support centre via an on site intercom.
Please note that the EastLink shops mentioned in the following brochure have now closed. EastLink Platinum is only available online or at the EastLink customer centre, corner of Maroondah Hwy and Hillcrest Ave, Ringwood.

Using EastLink Platinum is simple
To enter one of the participating Wilson Parking locations, you simply hold the EastLink Platinum card in front of the car park’s yellow entry reader (see photograph right). When the EastLink Platinum card is registered, the entry boom gate lifts.
To exit, just hold the EastLink Platinum card in front of the car park’s exit reader. The system calculates the time-based parking charge* for your stay in the car park, and the exit boom gate lifts.
Parking costs are charged monthly in a single transaction to your nominated credit card or bank account. This includes MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Diners Club. Your parking costs are easily tracked for business purposes and parking costs may also contribute to your credit card's reward programme.
A monthly statement will be emailed to you, showing a comprehensive breakdown of your parking transactions so there’s no need to retain separate receipts for each car park stay.
Each EastLink Platinum card costs just $13.20. More than one EastLink Platinum card can be linked to your Platinum account.
