Visit an EastLink service centre to open a Breeze tag or non-tag account, buy a trip pass, or if you have any other enquiry about EastLink. 

At an EastLink centre you can apply for EastLink Platinum, the payment card that provides cash-less parking in more than 30 Wilson car parks in Melbourne.

    • 8am-7pm Monday-Friday (NEW EXTENDED HOURS)

  • EastLink service centre within Frankston Visitor Information Centre, Frankston Waterfront, Pier Promenade (Melway Map 100A, A 9)
    • 9am-5pm Monday-Sunday
