EastLink and CityLink road safety survey
Prize draw terms and conditions
Persons who submit a fully completed Road Safety Messages Survey by 31 July 2012 to either EastLink or CityLink are eligible for one entry in the prize draw.
The closing date for entries is 11:59pm on 31 July 2012.
There are two prizes. Each prize comprises a $50 pre-paid Visa card. The prizes are not refundable or transferable.
The winner of one prize will be drawn randomly from the survey respondents who have followed the survey link published by EastLink. The winner of the other prize will be drawn randomly from the survey respondents who have followed the survey link published by CityLink.
The prize draw will be held on 1 August 2012 at ConnectEast's head office at 2 Hillcrest Avenue, Ringwood, VIC 3134.
The prize winners will be contacted and notified in writing.
The name and suburb of each prize winner will be announced on EastLink.com.au and CityLink.com.au and published in The Age on 15 August 2012.
Employees of ConnectEast, CityLink and Transurban are not eligible to participate.
