Sculpted Sounds at McClelland is a bold new outdoor music experience, where sound and sculpture converge in a celebration of creativity and community.
More than just a music event, Sculpted Sounds invites audiences to experience live performance in a truly unique setting, surrounded by world-class sculptures and native bushland.
Take your taste buds on tour with a curated lineup of gourmet food trucks serving up local legends and festival favourites. From street eats to sweet treats, there’s something for every craving.
Licensed bars across the site will keep the good times flowing with a mix of cold brews, local wines and alcohol-free options - the perfect pairing for an epic day of live music and good vibes.
Ticket proceeds support McClelland’s ongoing exhibitions, education programs and cultural preservation.

A dazzling new duo with vintage soul, Queenie & Hank channel the golden age of country duets with a modern twist. Eloise Thetford’s honeyed vocals meet Henry Wagons’ fireside baritone in a collaboration born of serendipity and sealed in song. With golden harmonies and a smoky twang, they channel the sultry swagger of Nancy & Lee and the tender fire of Dolly & Kenny, while offering something undeniably fresh.
“Queenie” is Eloise Thetford, a rising star in Melbourne’s live music scene with a voice of pure gold. “Hank,” aka Henry Wagons, a pioneer of Australia’s indie-country movement, adds his fireside baritone and visionary edge. Together, they twist and turn through a psychedelic folk turbine, emerging from the darker corners of music and storytelling with a sound that feels both timeless and brand new. What began as a chance meeting at the 2023 APRA Awards—with a sprinkle of mutual admiration—soon turned into a collaboration that felt fated. Their voices met like puzzle pieces in Hank’s Trentwood Studio, and in a wild, organic stream of creative force, they forged a full album of original duets that hovering the spirits of the past while reaching boldly forward.

Guiding the day’s rhythm with wit, warmth and unmistakable flair, Henry Wagons will serve as Master of Ceremonies for Sculpted Sounds. A true showman and cultural force, Wagons brings decades of experience as a musician, broadcaster, and storyteller to the stage. Known for his magnetic presence and quick-fire charm, he is the perfect host to thread together a day of sonic exploration and artistic immersion.

No. Chairs, rugs, or other seating items are not permitted. The event is designed for a standing or dancing experience among the sculptures.

Yes! Refillable water bottles are welcome, and water stations will be available throughout the venue.
