• buy an EastLink trip pass for each trip

• open a new EastLink account and add your vehicle

• if you already have an EastLink account, add your vehicle to it

It is too late to use an EastLink trip pass or add the vehicle to an EastLink account.

We will send you a toll invoice by:

• post

• email

• or SMS

You must choose one option before the due date:

• pay the invoice

• nominate another driver

• transfer it to an account with another tollway operator

Do not ignore the invoice. Extra fees may apply.

Use a tag account.

• lowest toll cost

• works on all toll roads in Australia

Use a tag account.

• works on all toll roads in Australia

Use a non‑tag account.

• no tag needed

• works on EastLink, CityLink and West Gate Tunnel

Use a trip pass.

• no account needed

• pay per trip

Check with your rental company first:

• some include toll payments

• some do not

If not included:

• buy a trip pass for each trip

Important:

• buy the trip pass before you travel on EastLink

• otherwise the toll will likely be charged to the rental company’s tolling account and then on-charged to you with additional fees

• do not buy a pass if the car has a tag

• the toll will go to the tag

Set up automatic payment on your account.

• your account will top up automatically

• you will not miss payments

You can pay using:

• credit or debit card

• bank account (direct debit)

If you already have an account, you can set up automatic payment or change the automatic payment details by logging in to your account online.

You can pay in person at:
