Eastern Fwy: weekend closure affecting EastLink users

The Eastern Fwy upgrade project has advised us of the following disruption.

The Eastern Fwy will be closed in both directions between Chandler Hwy and Tram Rd:

• 10pm Friday 11 September until 5am Monday 14 September

Delays of up to 90 minutes are expected during peak travel times.

Motorists should plan ahead during this closure, allow extra time and avoid the area if possible. If you are travelling to the city or airport, consider using alternative freeways and arterial routes.
