Eastern Fwy: closures affecting EastLink users

The Eastern Fwy upgrade project has advised us of the following disruptions.
Sunday night 16 November (9pm to 5am):
The Eastern Fwy will be closed inbound between Springvale Rd and Middleborough Rd.
