Account Closure

Account closure means you will no longer be covered for tolls.

Once your account is closed, travel on EastLink will need to be paid by EastLink trip passes or EastLink toll invoices, which will cost more than an EastLink account.

This form must be completed by the person who has the authority to close the EastLink account.

For a personal EastLink account, the account owner needs to complete this form. A person just listed as a contact on the account is unable to close a personal EastLink account. (For deceased estates, use this form instead).

For a business EastLink account, a director of the business needs to complete this form.

By completing this form, you are confirming you wish to close this EastLink account.
This address will be used for postal delivery of a tag return envelope (if applicable).

Any tags registered to the account must be returned to EastLink within 14 days of submitting this form. A $40.00 fee may apply for each tag not returned within this timeframe.

If there is a credit balance and payments have been received by EastLink using a debit/credit card linked to your account, the refund will be credited back to that card.

Otherwise, please complete the below with your bank account details so that a refund can be processed.

Please note that any outstanding debt with EastLink (e.g. toll invoices) will be deducted from any remaining credit on the account being closed.
