About EastLink Fines

Fines are issued and managed by Victoria Police and Fines Victoria.

EastLink does not issue fines.

Start by contacting Fines Victoria.

They can help you understand your options.

You may be able to:

  • pay your fine (including paying in instalments)

  • ask for more time to pay

  • nominate another driver (if you were not driving)

  • request a review of the fine

  • apply for support if you are affected by family violence

You can ask Fines Victoria to review your fine.

A review must be based on one of these reasons:

  • special circumstances (for example, health or personal issues)

  • exceptional circumstances

  • the fine was issued incorrectly (contrary to law)

  • you were not the driver (mistake of identity)
