EastLink and BroadSource named Finalists in global Webex Customer Awards

This award celebrates the power of collaboration between a Cisco Partner and a Webex customer, recognising innovative and impactful implementations of Webex solutions. Our partnership with BroadSource has transformed EastLink’s customer service operations, delivering a more secure, responsive, and digitally connected experience for our road users.

EastLink has modernised its contact centre and communications infrastructure using Cisco Webex Contact Center and Webex Calling. These cloud-based platforms have enabled:
